Delivery Charges & Shipping Policy

Majbori offers free standard shipping on all orders over PKR 1,499 within Pakistan. For orders below this amount, a shipping fee of PKR 200 applies. Premium shipping is available at an additional cost for faster delivery.

We deliver to residential and commercial addresses but do not ship to PO boxes. A signature is required upon delivery. If delivery is unsuccessful, we will attempt to deliver twice to your provided address.

Payment Methods

You can pay for your order using:
Cash on Delivery (COD)
Bank Transfer
JazzCash, Nayapay, SadaPay
Credit & Debit Cards

We only accept Pakistani Rupees (PKR) for all transactions.

Delivery Time

Orders are processed quickly and shipped from our warehouse. Delivery times vary based on location:

  • Vehari – Next-day delivery
  • Lahore, Islamabad, Rawalpindi & major cities3-4 days
  • Other locations – Delivery time may vary based on courier service

Track your order using your tracking number or contact our support team for updates.

Security & Privacy

We use SSL encryption to protect your personal and payment details, ensuring a secure shopping experience. Your data remains confidential and is never shared with third parties.

Order Status

Once you place an order, you will receive an order confirmation email. You can track your order through the following statuses:

  • Pending: Order received
  • Confirmed: Order verified
  • Shipped: Dispatched with a tracking number
  • Delivered: Order received and signed for
  • Cancelled: Order canceled due to stock issues, incomplete details, or request

Invoice

A PDF invoice will be sent via email when your order is shipped. You can also download your invoice using your order number from our website.

Size charts for all products are available on our website to help you choose the perfect fit. Sizes are true to size unless mentioned otherwise.

Out of Stock Items

We try to keep our stock updated, but high-demand products may run out. Follow our social media pages for restock updates or contact our team for availability.

Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns & exchanges within 14 days of delivery, provided the item is unused and in original packaging. Sale or promotional items are not eligible for return/exchange. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Order Cancellation

Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placement before processing. To cancel, contact us via Call/WhatsApp/Email/Insta/FB. Orders already shipped cannot be canceled and must go through the return process.
